• Account details such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
• Business profile content including your business name, logo, links, and the services you choose to highlight.
• Reviews, ratings, and feedback submitted through your QR codes and NFC cards.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, and general location, used for security and analytics.

02How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Raveably and to communicate with you about your account.

• Provide and personalize the review-collection and AI review-generation features.
• Process subscriptions, payments, and billing.
• Send transactional messages such as password resets, receipts, and low-credit reminders.
• Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and improve product quality and performance.

03Account Information

Your account information is used to authenticate you, associate your business profile and content with your account, and provide access to your dashboard.

You can review and update most account details from your dashboard at any time. Some identifiers (such as your account email) may be required to keep your account secure.

04Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

We retain limited billing records - such as plan, amount, status, and invoice identifiers - as required to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.

05AI / Generated Content

Raveably uses AI providers to help generate review drafts based on the language, tone, rating, and highlights selected by the reviewer.

The inputs used to generate a review, along with metadata such as provider, model, token usage, and estimated credits, are logged so you can monitor usage and so we can operate the fallback and billing systems. Generated drafts are suggestions that reviewers may edit before posting.

06Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as light/dark theme), and secure the service.

We keep non-essential tracking to a minimum and rely on privacy-preserving defaults wherever possible.
