Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Raveably. Please read them carefully - by using the service, you agree to these terms.

01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Raveably, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Raveably on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

02Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

03Subscription & Billing

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Plans, pricing, AI credits, and renewal dates are shown at checkout and in your dashboard.

Subscriptions and any add-on AI credits are billed through our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. AI credits reset when your subscription renews.

04AI-Generated Content

Raveably provides AI-assisted review drafts based on inputs selected by the reviewer. These drafts are suggestions and may be edited before they are posted.

You are responsible for ensuring that reviews collected through your business comply with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms where they are published (for example, Google). You must not use Raveably to create fake, deceptive, or incentivized reviews in violation of those policies.

05Acceptable Use

When using Raveably, you agree not to:

  • Violate any law or the terms of a third-party platform.
  • Submit or solicit fraudulent, misleading, or fake reviews.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform, or bypass usage limits and security controls.
  • Upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

06User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile, the content you publish, and your compliance with review-platform guidelines.

You are responsible for how you distribute your QR codes and NFC cards and for obtaining any consent required to collect feedback from your customers.

07Intellectual Property

Raveably, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of the business content you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to operate the service.

08Third-Party Services

Raveably integrates with third-party services such as payment processors, AI providers, and review platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

09Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or use the service in a way that harms Raveably or others.

10Disclaimers

Raveably is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will meet every requirement.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raveably and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Raveably after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
